Dog behavior is different in every case.  That's why at Canis Lupus K9 Academy we tailor each training session to the dogs individual needs.  We also recognize that the dog owner is an important piece to the puzzle which is why we do not offer Board & Train.  The owner needs to be involved in the training and an active part of the partnership.  You will need to know how to train your own dog.  By working with families and dogs we are able to "rehabilitate" most dogs from most behavioral problems.  We can help make your dog a welcome member of the family instead of a stressor.

Behavioral Consultations- Consultations are done in the families home with all members present.  Each consult is 1 hour in length.  Follow up's are offered as needed after establishing the first steps to changing the behavior and given sufficient time to begin the work.

Initial Consultation Package- This package is for new clients only. It consists of a "meet and greet" style consultation where a trainer would come to your home and meet the family, pets and discuss the behavioral or training concerns you have. The trainer would then give training tips and tricks for you to work on over the following weeks.  2 weeks later another consultation would be set up where the trainer again comes to your home and works more hands on with your family and pet to fine tune anything that may still be a struggle.  Further consultations can be set up as needed following the initial package.
